Jr. Vulnerability Mgmt Engineer/McAfee ePO Administrator

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Top Secret clearance is required w/ the ability to get SCI.

Any candidate accepted for this position will be responsible for assisting with the patch management process and supporting the McAfee ePO administration across four enclaves.

Requirements:
This position is responsible for administering McAfee ePO and other vulnerability management tasks across the enterprise in a Windows environment.These activities include but are not limited to:

Daily maintenance, such as testing and installing virus definition files
Maintenance of file / folder scan exclusions
Incident and problem resolution
Reporting
Test and install operating system patches on anti-virus / anti-malware servers
Download, test, and install application patches
Perform routine application upgrades (Complex upgrades will be designed and tested by the IT Engineering Division.)
Updating and/or installing the anti-virus / anti-malware client
Responses to audit requests or findings
Governance activities for change management
Knowledge transfer to new contractor or government personnel

Successful candidates should possess a background in Windows administration and have demonstrable experience with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO).

Successful candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a McAfee admin, preferably in patch and software distribution. A degree in a related field is preferred. Professional certifications and progress toward a college degree will be taken into consideration.
