For our business unitSoftware Testingwe are hiring a(n)Apply NowJunior IT'ers with Software Testing ambition (Belgium) Description CTG Belgium, the market leader in Testing, is for the staffing of its Test projects, looking for motivated Junior IT ers with an interest in and ambition for testing. You will start an intensive training in Software Testing where after you will join your CTG Testing colleagues in interesting and challenging projects with our clients based in Antwerp, Ghent or Brussels. As a Junior Test Engineer, you will be involved in different challenging projects, with tasks like reviewing requirements, defining test requirements, designing and executing test cases, logging defects and test reporting. Depending on your own ambition and competences, you will have the opportunity to evolve to Test Consultant, Test Specialist or Test Manager. Profile You have a degree in IT or Electronics. You have excellent communication skills and adequate reporting skills, both spoken and written. You have a diplomatic approach and you proceed systematically to obtain a win win situation. You like working independently, while being a real team player. You have a problem solving attitude and strong organizational skills, and you work pragmatic You have the sense for quality and detail. You have a very analytical and logical mindset. You have good communication skills in English and French or Dutch. You have a B driver's license. You are immediately available.
