LongView International is seeking a Task Management and Action Tracking Support Team member to work on site at a federal government client facility in Washington DC. Duties: Update Services Catalog or register of domain owners for various functions and data. Coordinate, respond, report, and track responses for various tasks, actions, and assignments required by client organizations; in some cases this will require coordination with other divisions. Deliver accurate response packages to requesters after information has been coordinated with organization personnel. Attend senior management level meetings, identify actions to be assigned, and track the actions to completion. Collaborate with client org staff to manage and maintain the central intake repository for all requests for services, reviews, guidance, etc. from customer or partner organizations. Provide Ad Hoc Reports that provide a status on all open actions / task. Maintain a SharePoint site of existing processes that can be viewed and accessed by all client stakeholders. Required Experience: Bachelor s Degree in technical or business discipline and one year relevant experience (eight years additional relevant experience may be substituted for degree). Required Skills: Strong customer service skills, teaming skills, and the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team. Ability to research and resolve problems efficiently and accurately. Excellent written and oral communications skills and presentation skills. Ability to interact professionally and productively with senior government officials.
