We are hiring an Analyst of Finance Operations. Analyst of Finance Operations will assist Finance Operations Business Improvement Team with all projects. The projects will vary each year but could include new initiatives for Finance Data Layer, Finance Business Improvement, and/or Data Governance The role requires strong data analytics, data reconciliation, process diagraming, process documentation, and training design and development. Depending on the size and scope of the project, the Analyst may be assigned to several projects which are being led by different Finance Subject Matter Experts

?Uses deep understanding of objectives, issues and root causes and provides insightful, fact-based data analysis to support Finance SME project leaders.
?Takes effort to understand project work assigned and delivers required analysis in a clear, concise fashion
?Ability to work independently on topics and meet project deliverables in a timely fashion
?Partners with Key Stakeholders and Business Partners to align on project priorities and drive effective solutions/execution
?Constructively communicates compelling arguments based on facts and data, and obtains necessary buy-in to deliver on business objectives
?Builds working relationships with business management and other partners in support of key priorities and objectives through complex analytics
?Establishes and maintains consistent financial operational process and procedures to govern related practices Ability to prepare draft financial process and policy for review Ensures continued compliance with all financial operational policies and procedures
?Deliberately builds capability for short and long term
?Takes initiative on personal development and works with manager to ensure training requirements are met Shares skills and knowledge with colleagues - helps to develop others, coaches new or more junior associates
?Assist as needed on Finance Operations Project Objectives
?Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics required or equivalent in education and experience
?3-5 years as a Financial Analyst with a proven proficiency in performing complex financial analyses.
***Advanced Excel Skills are required; including: Pivot Tables and V-Lookup?s***
