Foth Production Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Key Account Manager who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients success.
Foth Production Solutions, LLC, partners with selected Fortune 500 companies to accomplish product making and production objectives, including: plant rationalization, new product introductions, productivity improvements, custom machine development and manufacturing, changeover reductions, capacity increases and efficiency improvements. We provide these services through three delivery methods: Professional Services, Custom Machine Development and Turnkey.
As a result of our continued growth objectives, we are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished individual, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for excellence, to fill the role of a Key Account Manager in the beverage/brewing or food/confections industry.
In this role, you will be solely responsible to both your assigned client as well as your Foth project execution team. Through the delivery of personalized, client-centered service, you will be expected to develop and manage positive and productive long-term client relationships. By demonstrating a dynamic and charismatic leadership style, you will be expected to encourage and motivate a multi-disciplined team to support your client's engineering, equipment and capital execution needs, enabling them to dominate in their market.
In addition to natural interpersonal skills, you will also need to possess strong business and financial acumen, as your ability to generate revenue, deliver profitability, create and implement strategic plans, and make timely decisions will be measurements of your success.
Finally, you will need to maintain a flexible schedule and will be expected to travel as necessary to meet the needs of the role.

* Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience
* 15+ years of consumer products (or related) engineering or manufacturing experience
* 10+ years of sales, account management and/or client development
* 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
* Previous recent experience with the following:
* Managing client relationships
* Researching and developing new business opportunities in industries we serve
* Contract negotiation and management
* Budgetary responsibilities executing capital projects, P&L and project financials
