This combination of software, services and content gives our customers the most flexible and complete location-based services platform available today.

We are looking for an accomplished Key Account Manager to join our Consumer Licensing team in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a key contributor to the growth of TomTom's Licensing Business, you will be working with large key Fortune 500 accounts. Our customers range from application developers and on-demand service companies to mobile and Internet-of-Things.



Maintain open communication and sales dialogue with key decision makers of the Executive and Director levels

Navigate complex accounts in order to generate and deliver winning solutions

Maintain and expand relationships with strategically identified accounts throughout the West Coast

Assigned to a handful of named customers, you will be responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives

Develop business plans, long-term objectives, pricing strategy and watching over developments within the customers' organizations and in the industry* Employ world-class account management skills to develop accounts and uncover new revenue opportunities with extensions to existing service & product offerings


To be successful as a Key Account Manager, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:


Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field

7-10years' experience of managing large multi-million dollar accounts

Successful track record of strategically positioning products & services while identifying new business opportunities

Experience building strong relationship with "C" level executives and their teams

Strong background in selling SaaS, maps or location based services

Proven experience in negotiating and closing complex contracts

Excellent communication, presentation and consultative selling skills

Great team player with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to travel on a regular basis
