Must love working with children! The KFAS Supervisor will deliver the member and guest experience for children and parents to the highest level of Four Seasons standards, etiquette, and service. This supervisory role includes coordinating all facets of the KFAS experience in the absence of the KFAS Lead Supervisor. It is imperative for the KFAS Supervisor to have a keen ability to create, promote, and deliver all KFAS programs, events and activities, properly maintain all facilities and supplies, train all new KFAS staff, protect the health and safety of all children and staff, and follow sound fiscal practices to achieve the desired business objectives of Four Seasons. Requirements: Bachelors Degree from a 4 year college in Child Development or like field preferred. Certifications: High level accreditation from a recognized national association is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of overall experience in the child care industry with specialty in providing a high level of care and programming experience to children including luxury resorts, private clubs or similar. Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position in related industry. Flexible schedule is required including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
