Day to Day Work
Responsible for collecting information and knowledge about clients processes, IT infrastructure, applications, and ISM platform (ServiceNow) which will need to be disseminated and structured in order for Unisys to be able to deliver end-user support services. Candidate will be required to travel to the client sites to conduct these knowledge transfer activities (15% travel).
Responsibilities include the following:Coordinate and lead the knowledge management work effortsDeliver customer assessment documentsImplementation of the Help File process repository tool used by the Service Desk to diagnose and route incidents. First part of the assessment will determine if Unisys Help File is required.Review client-provided technical articles/solutions that will be used to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.Actively participate in improvement plans and the implementation of change requests that will be beneficial to support client.Monitor/track project milestones relating to the transition deliverables.
