JOB DESCRIPTION- Coordination and organization of company records and publications. - Maintenance of standard procedures to compile records, sort, locate and receive knowledge materials such as books, documents, drawings, film and other materials required for current and future use (i.e. Librarian)- Oversee user set up and overall account administration for Content Server & Supplier Portal applications - Ensure that various team materials are current and accurate (standard work, training materials, SharePoint site, etc.) - Coordinate training and testing session logistics - Conduct basic MS Excel analysis (vlookup, if statement, etc.) - Additional administrative projects, as needed
- Candidates must have strong administrative/organizational skills and
some technical background ? Entry to mid-level experience is preferred
- Bachelor?s degree is preferred. - Experience in business systems and/or
web application analysis with experience in an eCommerce, B2B, or e-procurement
environment is a plus. - Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience with SAP, Remedy, MS Access and SharePoint is a plus.- Primary
requirement is the ability to organize activity in a technology-intensive,
globally matrix environment. - Candidates must also demonstrate an enthusiasm
for learning, customer-focused mindset, and tenacity.- Drug Screen- Background
