Position: LEAN Leader- NACP
Location: Neenah, WI.
Position Purpose:
This role is part of the Lean Central Office in Neenah, WI, providing leadership for developing programs and overseeing the implementation of Value Stream strategies within the North Atlantic Consumer Products (NACP) business, in order to create, enhance and/or sustain supply chain capability across all business processes (supplier to customer). The principle point of focus is the Consumer Products supply chain, research & engineering, marketing and sales, as well as the adjacent businesses to develop and bring the NACP Lean operating system together under the K-C One CI LEAN principles.
Key Responsibilities:
li Provide leadership to support the improvement of total delivered costs, reduced variability and improved effectiveness (supplier through customer inclusive of R&D) by implementing discipline and focus to NACP processes.
li Streamline operating systems to eliminate redundancy, create scale and enable business synergies throughout NACP to the shop floor.
li Support and develop LEAN enabled KPI’s to monitor organizational health, complexity, and effectiveness and develop plans as appropriate as well as assessing resources to assist leadership with building a high performance business system.
li Lead a team of 3-4 direct reports that is accountable for working with the business teams and functions to implement Value Stream thinking and connections between customer/supplier connections
li Define, develop and sustain the Lean management system for NACP.
li Provide leadership to fully leverage external, and internal, benchmarking and standardization within the NACP organization.
li Provide leadership to fully leverage standard practices to minimize waste and enable continuous improvement to drive improved business results, e.g. A3 process thinking, PDCA.
Minimum Qualifications:
li BA or BS or equivalent industrial experience
li The incumbent must have proven leadership skills, vision, and influence across teams over which that the incumbent has no direct accountability.
li Generally 15+ years of experience in increasingly broader technical or operational roles with demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership.
oExperience across multiple functions and sectors, plant and staff roles
li Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI Tools
li Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (domestic and international)
