L'Oreal USA, Manager, Technology PMO - IT Financial Management

This position is primarily accountable for executing responsibilities and tasks associated with the continued development, implementation, and propagation of sound IT Financial Management. Prepare IT Trend & Budget cycle submissions to Coporate Finance. Monitor and analyze IT actual spending activity relative to budgets/ trends. Ensure IT follows all financial policies and norms throughout budget process. Create/update budget and trend documentation for presentation to CFO, CIO and other senior management. Serve as one of the primary contacts with IT Budget Owners, Division Finance and Corporate Finance personnel concerning all IT financial activity.

Responsibilities:

- IT Budget Process o Communicate CAPEX/OPEX instructions to budget owners o Set up Financial Planning tool (Hyperion) for each budget cycle o Review IT departmental budgets with budget owner o Update depreciation in each department o Prepare division allocation variance explanations o Update Financial documentation o Review Budget Cycle results with division CFO, CIO, Corporate Finance VP and PMO AVP

- Development of metrics / dashboards that enable IT Leaders to clearly measure IT effectiveness, budgetary trends and financial Project status

- Track and help manage IT Project Capital spend

- Review all IT Capital Expenditure Requests financial information to ensure compliance with required information

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required
MBA preferred
concentration in finance/accounting
3-5 years experience
Excellent computer skills in Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written skills
Financial reporting experience
