Facility: Providence Care Ctr Lenox at Lenox
Department: St. Luke - 1410
LPNs participate in direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. They provide care in accordance with age specific standards utilizing the nursing process diagnoses and treat human responses to actual or potential problems. They support the primary or associate nurse and are accountable to the resident, family and peers for the totality of work performance. Active Per Diem/Per Visit /FFS Per Diem/Per Visit/FFS MA LPN license required Experience is preferred
