Operations Manager hands on needed for rapidly growing clinical laboratory in northern Seattle. The role of the Operations Manager is to lead guide and direct the technical operations of the laboratory. He or she will oversee operational quality and operational compliance will be responsible for the establishment of and adherence to performance metrics will assure that the lab is properly staffed and trained must be able to implement organizational tools processes and procedures in order to achieve the highest levels of productivity and will prepare the department to efficiently handle current and future workloads must be able to organize and structure the department to effect positive change within a growing company. Candidates must have previous managerial/supervisory experience with a minimum of 2 years previous leadership experience within a laboratory setting. Only applicants with relevant laboratory managerial experience will be responded to.
