Job Description
Description:
Testing antibiotics in raw milk, DMSCC & phosphatase
Physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of
company products
Bacteriological testing, plating & evaluation
Inventory control
Standardization of milk products
Special projects, as needed
Follow all GMP and Safety polices
Overtime as needed
All other duties assigned by mgmt
Requirements:
Science background desired (biology, chemistry, food
science)
Good laboratory and record-keeping skills
Must be able to lift or carry approximately 50lbs.
Good communication and people skills
Computer literate
