Landman I/II (Permitting) (217124-980)

- Assists in preparation and submission of road entrance permits, highway crossing permits and railroad crossing permits;
- Coordinates internal priorities with land personnel, surveyors, construction, environmental engineering contractors and permitting supervisor;
- Orders and tracks railroad survey and permitting packages;
- Interacts with state permitting personnel;
- Tracks public notices to newspapers and certified mail for all permitting documents;
- Ensures accuracy of all forms and documents;
- Assembles, produces and/or checks permit application packages for state and local regulatory agencies;
- Meets with construction representatives to identify and document roads needed for bonding;
- Attends internal meetings with Landman and environmental team as needed; and Required Skills- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and various levels of external and internal organizations
- Strong customer service skills Required Experience- Associate's degree in land management or a related field; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Permitting experience preferred.
- Experience with DEP or PennDOT preferred.
