Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:

The Las Vegas Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Cherng Family Trust (CFT) Property & Finance Las Vegas Office. This position works independently to manage the Las Vegas office space and conduct space planning. The Office Coordinator ensures that the Yardi property management and the CashPro Online accounting systems are maintained and updated, troubleshooting and resolving any system issues in coordination with the CFT Property Finance Manager and IS . This position also maintains and updates insurance policies for commercial properties and determines appropriate coverage in collaboration with the Property Finance Manager. The Office Coordinator serves as a Certified Notary Public, interfacing with the companys owners and others to coordinate the signing of loan and closing documents requiring a notary.

Descriptions

Oversees the CFT Property & Finance Las Vegas Office. Works independently to manage the office space and space planning in Las Vegas.

Ensures that the Yardi property management and CashPro Online accounting systems are maintained and updated, troubleshooting and resolving any system issues in coordination with the CFT Property Finance Manager and IS.

Maintains and updates insurance policies for commercial properties and determines appropriate coverage. Confers with Property Finance Manager on insurance issues.

Serves as Certified Notary Public, interfacing with the companys owners and others to coordinate the signing of loan and closing documents that require the oversight and signature of a licensed notary. Travels to Las Vegas or other locations as required to perform notary-related responsibilities.

Performs random data audits of the Yardi and CashPro Online systems to make sure the data is accurate. Serves as administrative backup for both systems. May train others in use of these systems as required.

Provides administrative and project support to the Las Vegas office and to CFT Property Finance. Performs administrative support activities, such as handling the office phones and incoming and outgoing mail and organizing and maintaining the filing system. Conducts bank deposit data entry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field required

Minimum one to two years of related office experience preferred

Successful completion of annual store training
