What you get to do: This position is responsible for wash, fold, press linens and terry. Provide customers with quality service in a timely and friendly manner. Your day-to-day: * Washing of all dirty towels Folding towels and stocking on shelves * Pick up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures * Clearing the chute of any dirty linen * Stock amenity table for afternoon * Greet any and all guests with a "Good Morning" (or afternoon, evening) * Report any damages, hazards, repairs and strangers in assigned areas * Return any items found in guestrooms, hallways or back of the house to the lost and found * Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner Specific experience we're seeking: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Must have a valid drivers license. * Will drop of and deliver linen to the property QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or telephone. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
