The Madison Marriott West is seeking a Lead Cook to use your knowledge of a la carte cooking and act as a leader, giving direction to others. To produce orders for the restaurant, banquets, buffets, salad bars and hors d'oeuvres. The Madison Marriott West is the largest hotel and conference center, under one roof, in the greater Madison area. We have a beautiful hotel and nice kitchen with up to date appliances.
