Job Description

Perform software analysis, design, development and integration for a variety of software applications and complex systems throughout the company. Responsibilities include: (1) Software design, programming and testing – provide a high level of technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development and implementation of complex systems. May act as team lead. (2) Gather business requirements from users and prepare requirements specifications. Apply thorough knowledge and understanding of business activities to assist in identifying problems and developing a plan for their resolution. (3) Work in team environment to support users and other technical staff. (4) Create documentation including requirements/functional specifications, training and maintenance manuals, and initiate improvements within and outside of assigned areas. REQUIREMENTS: Must have Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, and 6 years experience with software development, including experience with complex or large-scale software projects and web/server-side application; system analysis & design; Java (Struts/Struts2, JSP and web services); PL/SQL; and enterprise data integration. Will also accept a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience.
