JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:The Lead, Consultant Integration CPD is responsible for managing all aspects of the solutions development process for large program and enterprise sales opportunities. This individual works alongside CPD Solutions Development Managers (SDM) and National Account Managers (NAM) within the solution selling process. Particular emphasis for this individual is on the Assessment, Proposal Design, and Implementation phases of the solution selling process. The Lead will work directly with CPD Sales Reps and Customers to gather and document requirements, assess customer needs, design program level solutions, and manage activities associated with implementation and launch for key programs such as:
Print On Demand, File Cabinet, Proprietary Programs, and all 3rd Party Web-to-Print Applications (examples:
P3, PPI Virtual Company Stores, Page DNA, and various other providers). The Lead will engage Subject Matter Experts (SME) from the Digital Production Network, Proprietary Promo & Print Teams, Customer Online Technology Team, and ODP E-Com and IT. In addition, the Lead will work directly with CPD Finance and Analytics Team Members to ensure that all custom Program-level opportunities hurdle the parameters established for Total Profitability Modeling (TPM). Lastly, this position partners with both CPD Sales and Marketing to ensure successful activities leading to customer launch and activation

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Business, Marketing, or Communications focus preferred, Other Information:- Minimum 5 years experience in complex B2B Sales or Sales Support role
- Experience in E-Commerce technology , Project Management, andSales Cycle Management,
- Strong organization and documentation skills
- Project Management certification or equivalent
