Lead Nurse practitioner in the Heart failure Treatment and Transplant Program. Managing practice NPs and RNs in the care of outpatients, inpatients and transplant related activities. Manage own set of patients while providing clinical leadership to the team. Work with collaborating MDs to provide outstanding care, assist with educational activities and work with team to establish departmental standards of care.
