JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY The primary role will be to create, edit, and produce product photography for Milwaukee Tool. This is a Lead position, and the individual in this role will help prioritize and schedule the photography workload for our organization. This role reports into the Brand Marketing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Works cross-functionally with key stakeholders to establish primary content goals and oversees the development of project documentation, timeline, and budget.
*Manage internal and external resources, depending on the need, to create photography content and meet deadlines for specific distribution channels to support the Milwaukee business.
*Provides creative direction for in-studio content through the content development and production process to ensure that objectives are met and the project is completed within budget and production timeline as scheduled.
*Attend photography shoots on location (often job site locations) to capture product application/performance photography.
*Shoot and re-touch in-studio photography content often within very tight timelines
*Aid in managing workload of another internal photography shooter/editor
*5 years+ experience in photography shooting and re-touching
*Portfolio showcasing photography work required
*Post High School education preferred
*Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite programs: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Light Room, etc.
*Extensive knowledge and experience with cameras, lighting, composition, and photography styling
*Strong visual design sense with an understanding of layout, composition and framing
*Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
*Strong collaborative skills with proven ability to execute projects across cross-functional teams
*Ability to drive strategy and objectives cross-functionally and handle a project from concept to program completion.
*Experience developing and monitoring project timelines and budgets.
*Ability to facilitate needs of equipment and studio space with a large project list to deliver photography content to support the Milwaukee business.
*Experience dealing with and managing outside vendors: location, equipment, talent, personnel and shoot logistics management
*Must have Product Photography experience
