- Ability to manage a diverse set of resources across multiple departments, across multiple geographies, across multiple vendors in offshore/onshore based delivery model.

Detailed Job Functions:
Manages the scope, schedule, financials, risks and quality of the project and helps ensure business value is achieved.
Focal point for all project coordination and communications.
Capable of effectively handling multiple priorities.
Measures project performance in order to determine the current status of the project.
Responsible for project-level financial budget, management, and tracking.
Understands how the approved business case impacts the cost center budget and approved LOB capital allocation.
Identifies impacts/constraints of other projects, to ensure they are accounted for in project planning.
Communicates current project status information to executive management, sponsor, and other stakeholders.
Leverages knowledge and experience of the team to identify project challenges and opportunities, and to develop project strategy.
Works with Team to identify essential resources to complete project tasks, and works with their leaders to secure necessary commitments.
Holds team accountable for assigned commitments, tasks, and action items.
Manage core internal resources - effective, candid feedback
Able to manage interests of multiple stakeholders with diverse opinions and perspectives.
Collaborates through effective communication, and fosters collaboration across stakeholders.
Ensures complex information can be explained in simple, business/partner related terms.
Manages the assigned work of project resources with/without direct supervisory authority.
Encourages collaboration and discussion, to resolve conflicts and leads client/team to timely, consensus-based decisions.
Maintains relationships with client/partner community.
Ensures adherence to corporate standards and policies.
Leads team to identify project risks, issues, and actions. Manages these to resolution, and escalates when appropriate.
Understands, applies, and leads the KTO Project Lifecycle Framework, KTO Project Standards, and KTO Project Policy.
Ensures project decisions are made understanding project-defined impacts.
Proactively takes the initiative to improve project management processes and methodologies.
Manage established Vendor relationship(s).
Demonstrated effectiveness in obtaining financial and administrative closure (e.g., final payments, warranties, contract sign off) for internal and external vendors and customers, in order to ensure no further expenditures and to communicate formal project closure.
