Job Description
Enterprise Systems (ES) is vested with the authority and accountability for:
- the development of Strategic Direction and Roadmaps for all Enterprise Systems;
- the definition of Architecture, Strategy and Standards within the Enterprise Systems Domain;
- an Enterprise Systems Project Execution Engine resourced by a talent pool deploying applications standards, tools and methods;
- the development and maintenance of Enterprise-wide shared components and associated services;
- the "silent running" of applications in accordance with established service levels with the business. Support components to include application service desk, base applications support, service delivery and business process analysis with key interfaces to the business, GOI and suppliers.
The Integrated Solution Delivery Centre (ISDC) is the central design and development in ES. Within the ISDC, the Design Centre is the organization within the Integrated Solution Delivery Centre (ISDC) that builds and maintains the BP Intellectual Property in the functional design of BP business processes, and how those processes are supported by Enterprise Applications solutions. This includes the solution design and configuration of the application to support the business processes. These business processes consist of: OTC (Order to Cash), Supply Chain Operations, P2P (Purchase to Pay), Asset Management and Manufacturing, Transportation Logistics, Finance, HR, and MI. The SNR Solution Analyst - Finance is responsible for the design of the Finance solution design including functional, data, security and reporting. This role reports directly to the Domain Manager - Finance (ES ISDC - Design Centre).
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Strong Finance business process e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Inter-company SAP Functional Knowledge and SAP configuration skills in FI/CO and associated modules Ability to identify options to enhance SAP standard functionality e.g. User Exits when appropriate Management best practice for SAP configuration and deployment in the Finance area (SAP FI/CO) Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams Ability to create excellent working relationships within ES - specifically Projects, Application Support and the non-SAP application owners An awareness of BP business and IT&S strategies Ability to demonstrate where peers/leadership were influenced to achieve strategic goals
