Lead, Shift Operations (CPD)
Responsibilities:Provides supervision and direction of daily activities of the Central Production Facility customer service staff, pre-press and design team, and production operation specialist. Manages and directs telephone support team operators. Observe, coach, and provide feedback to employees. Performs Manager-on-Duty functions in the absence of CPF General Manager. Ensures completion of paperwork. Acts as the liaison for Office Depot's outsource vendors and the CPF. Trains employees on software applications, production systems and service procedures. Write and manage shift production schedules. Qualifications:Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of three-years management or supervision experience in office products, technology and services. Other Information:Ability to plan, prioritize and implement detailed instructions. Ability to analyze customer and employee needs through effective communication and listening skills. Strong reading, math and writing skills. Advanced computer skills.
