* Must successfully register and maintain registration annually with The National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry in compliance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing (S.A.F.E.) Act

The Assistant Teller Supervisor is expected to be a customer experience leader as well as the operational leader of the branch. This position requires the individual to adhere to and support First Niagara Bank's Statement of Values.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and Manage the Team to Achieve branch referral goals, striving for platinum

* Identify and convert service to sales opportunities

* Engage in relationship building discussions to uncover and anticipate client needs

* Manage daily activities to exceed goals


* Actively seek opportunities to provide an outstanding client experience to every client you serve, every time

* Get to know your clients to help them to achieve their financial dreams and anticipate their financial needs

* Assist in Coaching the Team to consistently create the FN customer experience

* Take the time to Reward and Recognize the Best in Class performances on my Team


* Assist in clearly defining the priorities of the day in a morning huddle & in updating the whiteboard with daily outcomes

* Treat internal partners as well as you would your best clients! Including expressing appreciation

* Be an effective team member by doing whatever needs to be done


* Assist in leading & managing teller team to achieve established operational, compliance & security standards

* Guide branch on how to be compliant in daily handlings &educate on operational changes as they occur

* Balance work daily

* Maintain operational proficiency in performing client transaction/service

* Must adhere to pertinent laws, regulations, First Niagara's Compliance Policy and external compliance requirements
