The Role:
Bloomberg?s Leadership, Learning and Diversity team is looking for a person to drive our U.S based onboarding program. We are seeking a creative and ambitious individual who can design, facilitate, and manage the entire program as well as roll up their sleeves to help deliver the individual components. This individual will be responsible for:
- Coordination and facilitation of all aspects of new hire orientation
- Execution of all post orientation follow up and communications
- Planning and execution of ongoing onboarding events and activities
- Working with people throughout the organization to assess needs
- Partnering with all groups within Professional Development (HRIS, Benefits, Recruiting) to continually improve the end to end onboarding process
- Analysis of onboarding survey data
- Delivering other courses and programs in our professional skills curriculum.

Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in a sales, customer service, recruiting, training or similar field
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required
- Dynamic and polished presentation/facilitation skills a must
- Experience with course design a plus
