PACCAR Leasing (PLC)
PacLease provides customers with value-added transportation services and premium-quality Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF vehicles. It is one of the fastest-growing and most innovative global leasing networks in the industry.



We are looking for a self-motivated individual with business experience to become the future leaders of PACCAR Leasing. This role will work to increase market penetration by renewing and selling full service leases and contract maintenance leases to qualified customers. This position is also responsible for developing marketing strategies for lease sales with the General Manager.



Develop and coordinate sales and marketing programs and strategies for the maximum revenue utilization of the rental fleet and growth of the lease fleet.
Create target lists within assigned territory and aggressively pursue creditworthy prospects.
Responsible for contacting new prospects via mail programs, telemarketing, networking and cold calls.
Develop and present sales proposals to new prospects for all product lines (e.g., full service lease, rental, and contract maintenance, etc.).
Bear ongoing responsibility for customer service to his/her customers, coordinating problem resolution among the store staff.
Responsible for the collection of accounts receivable when assistance is requested by the Administration group.
Coordinate after hours coverage with shop team members.
Submit required reports (e.g., Weekly Sales Call Summary), to the General Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS

Completed Bachelor s degree

Five to 10 years related experience, preferably in a full-service leasing environment.

Must be able to meet extensive local travel requirements.




Comfortable with cold call solicitation.

Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, effective time management and strong analytical skills are a must.

Prefer rental/leasing industry experience.

Familiar with heavy truck specifications including legal, performance, and application criteria.

Understands administrative and service features of Full Service Lease.

Detail oriented, organized, determined, ambitious and a team player .

Possess strong PC skills.
