Responsibilities for the administrative assistant job include:
-Completing lease form or agreement and collect rental deposit
-Insuring model apartments and target apartments are ready to show
-Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policy
-Knowledgeable of current market conditions
-Fully informed of required telephone and sales techniques
-Responsible for shopping competitive properties
-Responsible for proper maintenance of all resident and property files
-Responsible for reporting usual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
-Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
-Responsible for assisting assistant manager in collect of delinquent rents
-Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints
-High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three to six months experience in customer service and sale or minimum three to six months experience in relevant property management positions.
