Property management company in Bakersfield is seeking a charismatic individual to assist them as an Office Leasing clerk. Duties vary, but include handling all paperwork, returning and answering incoming phone calls, communicating with residents, filing, and data entry. This is a fast-paced office that requires great customer service and the ability to speak and communicate well. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8-5, with occasional weekends from 10-4. Applicant must have a good DMV record, and be flexible. Previous property management assistance is a plus, but not a must for the right candidate.
