Centralized property in Kern County area is seeking a charismatic individual to assist them as an Office Leasing Clerk/Receptionist. This is a floater position to different locations each day. Three days per week. Duties vary, but include the handling all paperwork, returning and handling incoming phone calls, communication with the residents, filing, and data entry. This is a fast paced office that requires patience and the ability to speak and communicate well with clients. Experience with Word and Excel is desired. *This a part-time opportunity.
