The Leasing Manager is the engine that drives the property's leasing and marketing efforts. As an onsite leader, this invaluable role collaborates with the corporate office and Property Manager to ensure creative targeted campaigns and events are executed and align with the Peak Campus brand. Through a collaborative effort you will work with the onsite team reach leasing goals and develop strategic plans for achieving budgeted occupancy and high renewals.Business Expertise:Self-starter who is capable of taking on responsibilities and initiating ideasA Creative mind to come up with unique marketing ideas that capture the Peak brandingExcellent customer service skillsFlexible and capable of prioritizing tasks when working in a busy and changing environmentKnowledge of trending marketing techniques, specifically directed to college studentsTeam leader that can successfully motivate others to achieve a common goalResponsibilities:Create a fun and exciting environment that student crave to live inAssist with the development and execution of annual marketing plans within budgetUtilize the established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve the budgeted occupancyStay current and knowledgeable with leasing and marketing trendsSupervise the planning, preparation, and implementation of lease up events, renewal parties, property events, competitions, and Resident Programs as approved by the Property ManagerGive informative property tours to potential prospects onsiteLease and renew beds/apartments via in person, on the phone or onlineLead and develop PT and FT Leasing ConsultantsAssist in the recruiting and interviewing processMaintain accurate and current prospect traffic and leasing dataAudit lease files as need to ensure adherence to all policies and proceduresAssist with all move-out and move-in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move-in (as necessary)Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, and the model(s)Perform various administrative tasks as needed or as directed by the Property Manager and any additional responsibilities as requiredPosition requires a high energy and organized individualA passion for helping college students find their next homeCollege degree or proven success in a Leasing Manager position preferredSales and/or management experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or retail industries preferredIdeal candidates will have 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTechnically savvy individual that can navigate through various social media platforms and a familiarity with Microsoft Office and OnesiteContact Us
