We invite you to showcase your passion for engaging service as a Seasonal Christmas VIP Cocktail Server / Bartender, where your warmth and knowledge of our offerings will assist guests in enjoying a flawless experience. This position is Seasonal with a range of employment from October 2016 thru January 2017. This position also requires working holidays, evenings, and weekends during the October 2016 thru January 2017 time frame. Hotel Overview: Picture a shimmering oasis overlooking the Sonoran Desert and the McDowell mountains - Fairmont Scottsdale Princess offers luxury and world class hospitality with over 200,000 square feet of meeting space. This award-winning meetings resort recently opened 102 new guest rooms in June 2016, bringing the total number of rooms to 750. In conjunction with the guest room expansion, the resort is creating three dynamic new outdoor venues for groups: Sunset Beach, the Great Lawn and a new western town, Copper Canyon. The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess was recently recognized with the AAA Five Diamond rating for its 25th year, making it one of the longest running AAA Five Diamond Resorts in the America's. Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Resort Experience, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: * Assist guests regarding all food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way . * Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines. * Have precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions. * Have full knowledge of beverage lists, food menus, service standards and promotions. * Have full knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods. * Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards * Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. * Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. * Other duties as assigned
