We have an incredible opportunity with our Studio in Burbank CA, we are in immediate need of a STELLAR Legal Administrative Assistant for our Business and Legal Affairs team.

The ideal candidate will be accustomed to supporting a business affairs department and will possess the ability to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized and timely manner. The successful candidate can effectively balance changing demands, function under pressure within tight deadlines and be self-sufficient. Outstanding organizational and communication skills are essential. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will be able to build collaborative relationships with the other executives and assistants throughout the company. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is required in this role.

Education Requirements:
Mid-Level - Associates Degree with a minimum of five years administrative experience.

Experience:
? Experience providing administrative support to executive-level professionals. Previous legal, agency or entertainment experience required.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills, proactive follow up skills.
? Professional presence, good judgment, ability to anticipate needs.
? Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
? Must be highly organized, detail oriented, personable and a problem solver.
? Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Complexity:
? Experience providing administrative support to executive-level professionals. Previous legal, agency or entertainment experience required.
? Answer telephones, take messages, respond to internal and external inquiries and provide routine information within scope of authority.
? Schedule, coordinate and confirm conference calls and meetings.
? Arrange travel itineraries and prepare travel and expense reports.
? Establish and maintain records and files for the Business and Legal Affairs team, including the review, sorting and filing of a variety of materials.
? Assist with special projects and provide general office support such as copying, document processing and distribution.
? Prepare and complete various forms, correspondence and documents as directed.
? Data entry on entertainment rights management system.
