Job Description

Venable LLP, one of the top 100 law firms in the U.S., has an opening for an administrative professional to support legal staff in our corporate transactions practice, including a partner with responsibility for managing the firm’s West Coast Business Transactions Group. Responsibilities include coordinating the intake of new client information, interacting with clients and other attorneys in the practice and throughout the firm, coordinating meetings, schedules and travel arrangements, document production, client billing and other similar duties.

Requirements for this position include a minimum of two years of related experience, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and a typing speed of 55 wpm.

Hours are: 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Monday – Friday.
