JOB DESCRIPTIONEssential Functions:
? Understand the customer?s needs and goals, ensuring clients understand the long term strategy of their resolution
? Establishes process to drive work with a sense of urgency on getting work completed
? Contact clients to obtain necessary documents to complete cases
? Understands and drives resolution for internal teams (Resolvers) to contact the state/IRS on the client?s behalf
? Responsible for meeting with the clients directly and facilitating requirements such as gathering documents, levy releases and problem solving
? Effectively apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business procedures and requirements such as gathering documents, levy releases, and problem solving.
? Excellent problem solving, technical, and analytical skills with a sense of urgency
? Strong Customer Service Skills
? Detailed Oriented
? Capability to manage alternating priorities
? Reviewing and Processing Information
? Two years in the legal industry
