JOB SUMMARY:
The Licensed Clinician completes biopsychosocial evaluation (BPSE), integrating information gathered by the team and developing the integrated diagnostic summary. The Licensed Clinician prepares treatment plans, manages a caseload of clients, performs a variety of therapeutic interventions and case management duties, advocates for clients needs, evaluates each clients mental status, identifies community resources and interprets and applies service and billing procedures according to clients needs. The Licensed Clinician also serves as a resource for less experienced staff and performs functions more independently due to having obtained licensure in the State of Indiana. This position will be based at the Grassy Creek Primary Care Facility.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Masters degree in human services field
-Minimum of five years of experience
-State licensure for independent practice
-Valid Indiana drivers license
-All staff working with clients from the Department of Child Services will be required to be fingerprinted and have a criminal background check performed upon hire and periodically thereafter Full-time Days
