Candidate should be a California-licensed Land Surveyor
In this role, you will have a big impact and lots of visibility, working daily with the President of the firm and collaborating directly with clients. Your day will be filled with boundary surveys, boundary adjustments, construction staking, tentative/final maps,
Legal descriptions, dedications, easements, plats and topographic surveys...and more.
This candidate will also play a central role in helping to evolve the surveying practice and advise on
Technology investments to grow the business.
10 years' experience showing expertise in all aspects of land surveying for small design
Excellent AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office skills
Looking for a can-do, positive attitude
California Licensure through California Board for Professional Land Surveyors
Bachelor's Degree, or Associates Degree and related work experience
-This individual will eventually manage their Surveying Department
-This individual will be the one who will sign off on their documents (wet stamp), hence the need for a license
-This individual will bring with him/her the capability to advise/evolve our LS Department using the latest technology.
-This individual will be the liaison between the firm and the local municipalities for LS purposes.
-It would be wonderful if this individual would love to work for a small firm.
-And, of course, must have AutoCAD Civil 3D or Revit experience.
