Eckerd Youth Alternatives, a leader in therapeutic programming for at-risk youth, seeks a Clinical Services Coordinator.

In this role, you will assess clinical needs of youth, develop treatment plans, provide crisis intervention counseling and clinical supervision to unlicensed clinical staff. You will also coordinate transition and aftercare services, oversee program admissions and client relations, and provide individual, group, and family counseling services when needed.

Florida licensure as a LCSW, or LMHC, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist required. Coursework or practicum experience in group work, family therapy, and/or substance abuse treatment desirable but not required. Minimum of two years experience in direct-care delivery of treatment or clinical services, plus one year of supervisory experience. Experience with administrative requirements associated with Medicaid services also required. Experience with group work modalities, residential settings and substance abuse treatment are desirable but not required.
