Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) is the premier

Foundations headquarters is located just outside of
Nashville, Tennessee, in the beautiful city of
Brentwood. In the corporate office, you will find FRN s
Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology,
Accounting, Business Office Services, and Admissions
Center. Each department plays its part in the support of
our facilities, so that the attention can be where it
should be: on the patients. Not only does the corporate
office support our facilities, but Foundations is

FRN is needing a Life + Challenge Motivator to serve
as a Program Assistant, who is responsible for building
positive relationships with four stakeholder groups:
patients, graduates, families, and local communities.
This position will work closely with the L+C Motivator
team at the corporate office as well as the L+C
Community Coordinators at local FRN treatment centers,
ensuring that all L+C member branding efforts are
implemented in a professional and consistent manner,
bringing in admissions through patients, graduates,
families and local community referrals.

the FRN headquarters in Brentwood, Tennessee.
Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists in coordination of the Life Challenge Program
(L+C) and local Heroes in Recovery efforts
Becomes familiar with collateral brochures; speaks to
new employees about L+C and events
Helps with L+C enrollment process at residential and
outpatient facilities
Composes relevant & current content for L+C website;
writes articles, event announcements, and other online
content
Creates mailings and invitations on MyEmma, an online
emailing program
Assists with all forms of L+C communication
Conducts regular follow-up calls with patients after
discharge
Documents all follow-up calls using Long Jump or other
designated CRM software
Assists with L+C Volunteer Program
Assists with maintaining integrity of CRM software
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of the addiction recovery community, mental
health treatment, and the 12-Step traditions would be
beneficial but not required
Excellent organizational skills with ability to
prioritize workload
Motivated self-starter, capable of working
independently without close supervision
Ability to build relationships with diverse
individuals and groups
Dedicated advocate willing to speak out on behalf of
the program s goals and needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
required
Must have strong presentation/speaking skills, with
experience addressing both small and large audiences
Excellent marketing skills with understanding of
metrics and mechanics
Knowledgeable of Patient Rights and HIPAA; treats all
patients or alumni with dignity and respect in a
consistent, courteous manner
Understands need for and maintains appropriate
confidentiality at all times when interacting with
alumni, families, and all other contacts
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel,
Access and Publisher
A current, valid driver s license is required for
occasional business travel
Minimum 10% overnight travel required
Education and Experience
Bachelor s degree required
1-2 years experience in communications and marketing
required, preferably in behavioral health or other
healthcare setting
Event planning and hospitality experience a plus
Familiarity with CRM databases, computer-based medical
records, and Microsoft Office
Additional experience with marketing communications
including writing, editing, and design a plus
