li Responding to incoming calls from contract owners, beneficiaries, and agents. /li li Accurately interpreting and resolving caller inquiries /li li Process and document all transactions in administration systems and workflow processes /li li Sending service forms to customers or agents /li li Make outgoing calls to other financial services companies regarding pending transfers and exchanges /li li Maintaining/Updating contract information   /li li Special project that support contract administration, customer service agency service units and special teams across department lines /li li Provide information to and follow up with other departments as needed for reports /li /ul
  br You Qualifications include: br ul
li Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the field is preferred /li li 2-4 years of prior life insurance or annuity products administration /li li Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high volume call center /li li Excellent written and verbal communication skills /li li Professional Customer Service and telephone skills /li li Can work independently and with a team /li li Excels in a fast paced environment /li li Possess the ability to deal with diverse situations; Problem solver /li li Organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask /li li Understanding of income tax applications /li li MS Word and Excel experience /li li Designations such as LOMA’s Associate Life Management Institute (ALMI), Associate Customer Service (ACS), Associate Annuity Products and Administration (AAPA) are extremely helpful and encouraged. /li li Excellent Attendance is a must! /li /ul
