Job Description
Job Advertised by Pharmadiversity Job Board - Identify, prioritize, and drive delivery of each of the five region s needs for service growth and productivity throughout the product life cycle. Lead and drive Design for Services (DFS), establish and maintain Installation and Warranty (I&W) standards, ensure service readiness for product introduction, deliver VCP for I&W and Installed Base Off-Warranty (IBOW), and support End of Product Life (EOPL) programs. Partner with the Global Services Modality Executive Directors, Global Service Technology, and Services Marketing to ensure a cohesive service strategy flows into the Fixed Radiology, Mobile Radiology and Flouroscopy (Rad/RF) segment. Collaborate with the Global Services Modality Executive Director, Services Marketing, region service, and engineering to develop value propositions for services features, DFx (Reliability, Workflow, Installation, Services, and Refurb/Reman), Field Modification Instructions (FMIs), and VCP Drive service growth, VCP, and DFx into all business and product development phases Identify key cost drivers, identify variable cost productivity (VCP) programs with a target of 5% annual benefits (from segment baseline) Work with the seven global service region to set, monitor, and remediate (as necessary) product installation and warranty standards New product introductions: deliver service product concept proposals with value propositions, service design inputs, assess external evaluation and initial production results, and ensure service readiness for product launch. Installed base: confirm service capability and stability, ensure service sustainability for product quality, parts, options, upgrades and refurb/reman offerings; own and drive I&W VCP plan; maintain a life cycle dashboard per product, keep stakeholders informed, and own the action plan to resolve problems End of product life (EOPL): deliver region inputs, value propositions, and readiness for EOPL Bachelor s degree in Engineering/Technology or 8+ years experience in technical field or equivalent 5 years progressive experience in program delivery, technology, operations, or healthcare service Business acumen and ability to develop customer and business value propositions, financially sound business cases Proven track record driving teams to deliver on business and program goals 2+ years of project leadership, influencing or motivating teams Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment 2+ years proven communication, coaching and interpersonal skills, at all levels of the organization; able to energize and inspire in a global environment Collaborative; team player able to work closely with global product and region service teams; open to sharing information and best practices with the team Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time, without sponsorship Must submit application for employment through.... br/ br/ * For application attention if web source is requested please use PharmaDiversity or PharmaDiversity Job Board. br/ br/ APPLY FOR THIS JOB by going to ...http://www.pharmadiversityjobboard.com/view_job.php?post_id=583075&tag=aje
