POSITION: LINE COOK REPORTS TO: EXECUTIVE CHEF & SOUS CHEF MAIN DUTIES: Takes stock of current inventory and prepares daily prep list. Prepares all required mise en place following Trader Vic's recipes. Coordinates with other line cooks to prepare for service. Keeps order tickets organized, and properly times pre-fires and fires. Maintains station in a neat and orderly fashion and completely cleans work area before leaving. Assists with training new staff.
