Department The Second Floor by Scott Gottlich Job Description The Second Floor cook prepares, cooks and present food according to hotel standard recipes in order to create quality food products. Requirements Education High school or equivalent education required. Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred. Experience Previous hospitality experience preferred.
