Job Description

Do you want to be part of the finest restaurant team in Fort Lauderdale?

Mortons, the worlds best steakhouse, is conducting a search for an Experienced Line Cooks.

Responsibilities Includes:

-Ensure all food items comply with portion size and quality standards

-Complete prep work before the start of dining service

-Prepare daily meat presentation cart

-Set up line for efficient flow of operation

-Properly wrap, store, date, and rotate perishable items

-Broil and plate meats, poultry and fish, along with appropriate garnishaccompaniments to Mortons Standards

-Maintain proper inventory of line items needed for shift

-Make sure orders are complete and delivered to guests at the correct temperature

-Taste items to determine accuracy of preparation
