Job Description
Team leaders/Line Leads needed for a busy manufacturing plant located in Milford, CT.
The requirments are:
*Strong interpersonal communication skills
*Be a strong individual who is able to take direction and move forward
*Excellent organizational skills
*Coach associates as needed
*Provide input to new associates in training on their progress
*Provide and maintain a high respect level of themselves and the associates.
*Work overtime as needed
Job Experience:
