Litigation legal secretary needed for national firm in San Francisco, CA. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years commercial litigation experience with stable job history. Preparing briefs and litigation file organization is required. Experience in federal court and assisting at trial is a plus. ECF Filing is a plus.
Must have superior communication and organizational abilities, be a self-starter and detail-oriented, have an enthusiastic and energetic team attitude, and able to work extended hours when necessary. Poise and the ability to thrive in a challenging environment are essential. 3-5 years of litigation experience in a supportive role required. Must be proficient in Word and Excel 2007 or later version subject to testing and competent in PowerPoint.
