Loan Closer (Support)

Classification: Lender - Mortgage

Compensation: $17.51 to $20.27 per hour

Our successful home mortgage and banking client based in southeast Denver is seeking to hire 3 temp-to-hire Loan Closers. The Loan Closer will be familiar with Government Loans and will be responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans including closing and compliance for loan products; interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation; ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow ups. If you present with a minimum 5+ years' mortgage loan closing experience, please respond today!
