ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Thoroughly review and analyze supporting documentation, including income and financial statements as well as property related documentation
*Complete AU as applicable to transaction type (DU/LP)
*Complete submission process for all new loans via retail-banked channel or to wholesale lender
*Order, review and submit loan conditions and verifications
*Complete approval letter correspondence to borrowers
*Identify change of circumstance(s) and initiate re-disclosure request(s)
*Reconcile banking and 3rd party services fees and prepare loans for document ordering
*Track and meet critical deadlines throughout the process-flow
*Ensure all workflow deliverables are met
*Process loan withdraws and/ or cancellations in compliance with ECOA and Regulation B
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
*High school diploma or GED required
*Must have at least 5 years of recent loan processing experienced
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
*Must have exceptional processing skills
*Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
*Must have the ability to multitask and meet scheduled deadlines
*Must be motivated and customer service oriented
*Must be detail-oriented, able to follow direction and guidelines
*Must have the ability to work independently and also as a successful team player
TRAINING / LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
*Must pass PHH Corporation s Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.

*The candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, including Outlook, Excel and Word
*Must be computer literate with proficiency in Adobe
*Encompass experience is highly desirable
TRAVEL / WORK SCHEDULE
*This is a full time position, with work hours from 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Employees must maintain professionalism and diplomacy with clients and co-workers.
