span Interested in working in a Logistics Coordinator position in Tysons, VA with a dynamic and growing company? This role is with a fortune 500 company. We are looking for someone who is smart, dependable and driven. br   br B RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE: /B br   br • Receives monthly software solution invoices, reviews, receives approvals to submit to AP via PO br • Pay FedEx Invoices-pull weekly invoices from FBO, receives approvals and pays via Pcard br • Pays Endicia Invoice-auto charge on Pcard br • Pay UPS invoices-receives invoices via online access, receives approvals and pays via Pcard br • Specialized IT move bills-obtains back up/invoices, prepares check requests, receives approval and sends to AP for processing or pays via Pcard br • Beth’s Amex relo card-prepares check request, obtains approvals and submits for payment to AP br • Weekly reconciling of the three express shipping vendors-about 1000 shipments per week br • Invoice preparation, payment processing and reconciliation br • Obtains daily report from ShipNet to review for shipment errors (wbs/unauthorized users) and notifies users for corrective action br • ShipNet first Tier help desk to users and orders shipping supplies br • Monitors department mailbox for activity, processes move requests and obtain bids for US domestic move assignments br • Will be doing invoice processing br • Helping employees ship their shipments br • Will go into their computer program and print shipping labels br • Will be helping some of the employees troubleshoot shipping issues br   br B POSTION REQUIREMENTS: /B br   br • High school diploma or G.E.D. br • 3+ years of invoicing experience br • Good organization skills br • Ability to multitask on various tasks related to the shipping and invoicing needs of the department br • Good communication skills to work with shippers within the organization br • Excel and MS office proficiency necessary br • Very good customer service br • Very fast paced work br • Need to be able to handle multiple priorities br • They have an open plan-so no offices or cubicles br • Wants someone willing to learn and a positive attitude br   br If you are interested please attach the most current copy of your resume.
